ROLA’s faculty model pairs a small core teaching team — who teach the shared spine every cycle for consistency — with guest practitioners: sitting IOs, HRPP directors, general counsel, and former federal regulators who teach the modules they have lived.
Founding faculty announcements are coming with the pilot cohort. The core team teaches the leadership spine across all tracks; every guest faculty member is a current or recent practitioner in the module they teach.
Molly Klote, MD — former federal research oversight executive; career spanning military medicine, VA research policy, and human research protection leadership at the national level.
2–4 faculty who teach the spine every cycle. Recruitment in progress — announcements ahead of the pilot cohort.
Sitting IOs, HRPP directors, general counsel, and regulators or former regulators, teaching specific modules and the summit.
A board of 6–10 respected field leaders — drawn from IRB administration, IO roles, HRPP leadership, and regulatory and policy circles — guides the curriculum, lends credibility, and connects the academy to the institutions that need it. Founding members will be announced ahead of the pilot.
